Payment Policy

Coaching & Consulting is billed at one clear rate of $75 per hour, including session time used for cleaning or organizing support.

- All pricing & estimates are in CAD ($).
- All invoices to be paid before next booking.
- The current $75 hourly rate is displayed on the Services page.
- We service the lower mainland in zones with fees related to distance, please check the service area tab for more information.
- Organization projects sometimes require supplies with fees related to the type of supplies, please check the supplies tab for more information.
- Prices are subject to change without notice, however we will always do our best to inform our clients.

Cancellation Policy

It's about mutual respect, life happens and we can forgive one off last minute cancellations, it happens for even the most well planned days.

- Cancellations must be given with 24 hours notice of the appointment or clients may be charged a cancellation fee equal to 40% of the booking.
- After 3 cancellations under a 24hr notice the client will be required to register a credit card for future cancellation fees or alternatively the client can opt to put a deposit down before apts.
- All cancellation fees must be paid before re-booking.

Donation transport or drop-off may be available on a case-by-case basis only when it is agreed to in advance.

- Before anything is moved, we will confirm which items are accepted, where they are going, and the timing.
- Any transportation arrangements and related fees will also be confirmed in advance.
